NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - At it’s latest meeting, the Nebraska City City Council discussed a stink coming from Cargill Value Added Meats plant.
The city and Cargill are working together to contain the odor, however city administrator Louis Leone told KXCV/KRNW that results won't happen overnight.
Leone says the smell is coming from leftover bio solids and fats.
